How to book
Bookings can be made through our online booking system.
Trailing classes is a great way to see which class will become your favourite circus activity.
We have term classes where you can lock in for a complete a block, building and increasing your skills each week and supported by our fabulous Teachers.
You can Register your own customer portal account and manage your classes and keep track of your bookings, missed class tokens and invoices.

PREPARING FOR CLASSES
Arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to class so that we can all start on time. If aerialists arrive late, you will be expected to do your own warm up prior to joining the class activities.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes that they can move around in (i.e. pants and t-shirt). When doing aerial workshops, leggings, tracksuits or other pants that go below the knee and shirts that cover back, armpits and waists are recommended. Strictly no jeans or clothing with zippers on the aerials. No Shoes are to be worn on the mats.
Jewellery should be removed prior to participating in aerial classes
Hair longer than shoulder length should be tied up during aerial activities
Please bring a water bottle. There is potable tap water available for refills at the studio. No food is to be consumed during class. Strictly no gum during classes.
Parents are encouraged to drop and go due to space limitations with COVID restrictions. We have closed our waiting room for the current time. Any parents who do stay will need to register their attendance.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Once you have booked via the customer portal you’ll receive a booking confirmation and your Invoice.
Full fees are due before Week 1 of term unless set up for direct debit payment plan. Students may not be able to attend class or may lose place if fees are not paid on time.
Annual student fee is usually
- $20 per person or
- $50 for family or
- 3+ students.
This includes student accident insurance. Registration fee is adjusted pro-rata for Term 3-4 enrolments
Term Bookings and Trial Classes can be made online through the customer portal on our website
For casual class and trial bookings, please contact the office to ensure there is space in the class.
Payment can be made in person by EFTPOS or online through the booking portal.
Bookings required for all classes due to student teacher ratio requirements. For casual classes you can purchase a ‘punch pass’ via the customer portal and then redeem it on the selected date in your account section.
Proof of concession for adults must be shown to staff prior to first lesson to receive relevant discount
Family discount available for immediate family only e.g. parents, children and siblings:
- The 2nd and 3rd class of lower value will have a 10% discount applied and
- 15% off for further classes thereafter.
- One student booked into multiple classes is eligible for 20% discount off their 2nd and 3rd classes and
- 30% thereafter.
