How to pay
Our class fees are charged monthly via direct debit . We offer a FEE FREE option so there is no sign up fee and no transaction fee if you are using a bank account for the direct debit. Fees apply when using cerdit card.
Once you are enrolled, your charges will be added to your account which you can find here: https://aus.iclasspro.com/portal/roundaboutcircus/account.
Monthly fees will be direct debited on the 15th of the month. A reminder email will be sent 2 days before

DIRECT DEBIT
Fees are paid by direct debit for Program classes. Payments are monthly. No surcharges apply if using Bank Account
CREDIT CARD
Credit Card payments are easy. You can set up your Direct Debit with your credit card. Fees apply
Invoice for NDIS
We can provide an invoice or monthly statement, if required, for NDIS participants. Please email us to set this up.
nsw active & creative kids vouchers
We accept the Service NSW Active & Creative Kids Vouchers. To submit your vouchers please email the following to admin@roundaboutcircus.com:
- a screenshot of the voucher,
- your child’s full name,
- class they are enrolling in.
We will then add a credit to your account which can then be applied to your fees. Please allow up to 48hrs for this to be actioned. For monthly direct debits, please send through your voucher by the 8th of the month to have it redeemed this month.
Vouchers can be combined towards enrollments for the listed child.
