What ages do you cater for?
We have many classes that suit all ages, skills, abilities and capabilities from beginners to more experienced students.
Our classes are from 1yrs up to 101+ years.
What should I wear for circus classes?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in, for example pants and a t-shirt.
When doing aerial workshops, leggings, tracksuits or other pants that go below the knee and shirts that cover back, armpits and waists are recommended. Strictly no jeans or clothing with zippers on the aerials.
No Shoes are to be worn on the mats.
Jewellery should be removed prior to participating in aerial classes.
Hair longer than shoulder length should b tied up during aerial activities.
Please also bring a water bottle. There is tap water available for refills at the studio.
No food is to be consumed during class.
Strictly no gum during classes.
Do you accept the Active and Creative Kids Vouchers?
Yes, we accept these vouchers.
We ask that you email us a screenshot of the voucher along with child’s full name and DOB and which class they will be enrolling in and we will add a credit to your account (please allow up to 48hrs).
You can use one voucher per student per class and or per term.
Can parents stay and watch during the classes?
Parents are welcome to stay and watch or they can drop and return at the end of class.
If you do stay, we ask that you stay out of the training area during class.
Are classes suitable for beginners with no experience?
We recommend booking a free trial for your first class or if you are trying a new class type, eg hula hoop after doing aerial. It’s a great way to see if you enjoy the class or a way to move around the classes to see which class style is a fit for you.
If you want to continue the class please contact us and we can help you sign up for the rest of the term. There is also the option to come as a casual student for some classes.
Talk to your teacher or the office team about what options are available to continue.
What If I an unable to attend a class?
We understand that you may not feel well or can’t make it to class and request you provide a minimum of 2 hours notice if you can’t make your regular class.
Please give advance notice of absence via the customer portal. If it is short notice, please also email or call the office so we can offer make-up classes to those waiting for space in busy classes.
Letting us know if you can’t make a class helps us keep track of your make-up classes, ensuring you don’t miss out on them.
How do I make up a class?
Make Up classes are available to students who have enrolled in Term classes.
Make Up Classes Tokens are available and only redeemable under the following conditions:
- Providing a minimum of 2 hours prior notice has been provided, a make-up session of equal value may be offered during the term in other classes that have available space.
- Students can alternatively attend a SASS or open training session
- Make up tokens are valid for 90 days from the date of issue and cannot be extended
You can book make up classes through the customer portal or by contacting the office via email or phone.
Let our office team or teacher know on arrival that you are attending as a make-up session, otherwise you may be charged for the class.
How many make up classes can I do?
A maximum of three (3) make-up sessions per class per term can be redeemed. You can book make up classes through the customer portal or by contacting the office via email or phone.
Make-up classes can only be booked if your class fees are up to date. Anyone with overdue fees cannot use their makeup classes until this is finalised. This does not include direct debit payment plans.
