Classes can be booked through our online booking system, By clicking here.
Try a Class is a great way to see which class will become your favourite circus activity. Try a Class bookings are subject to class space availability.
Book Term Classes, where you can lock in for a complete a block, building and increasing your skills each week and supported by our fabulous Teachers.
Booking classes online using our Customer Portal is easy.
You can book for yourself or your children and manage classes through your own Customer Portal. It helps you keep track of your classes, and make bookings, and payments.
At Roundabout Circus we are here to support you and help with any questions about our classes or our timetable.
Bookings are required for all classes.
ANNUAL FEES
Term and Drop In Classes incur an Annual Student Fee, which is $30.00 per person or $50.00 for the family, or 3+ students.
The Annual Student Fee includes student accident insurance and is adjusted to 50% for enrolments after July.
Student registration fee is payable for the first class after the trial or 2nd open training.

We understand that payments can be made in many ways, so we accept:
- online credit card payment,
- direct bank deposit,
- Payment plan.
Full payment of Term Fees is due prior to week 1 of classes.
Students may not be able to attend class or may lose their place if fees are not paid on time.
Additional charges may apply, subject to booking conditions terms & conditions.

late fees & charges
If your fees are overdue greater than 14 days, then a $20.00 late fee will be charged
and applied to your account.
If previous Class Term Fee are outstanding, Students cannot book for the next Class Term
unless all outstanding fees are paid in full.
Direct Debit Payment Plans Fees & Charges.
Direct Debit Payment plans are set on a monthly basis.
All direct debits must be set up before your first class and the last installment must be paid before the end of the term.
Fees are:
Visa/Master Card Fee: $0.33 plus 1.87%
Amex Card Fee: $0.33 plus 3.85%
Additional fee of 1.10% will apply to international cards
Failed Payment Fee: $5.50 for Bank debits (added to next payment)
Bank Account Data Storage and Compliance Fee $0.33 (one time)
Payment plan company is call Payrix and this will appear on your bank statement.
Active & Creative Kids Vouchers
We accept Service NSW Active & Creative Kids Vouchers. To process these vouchers, we require you to email us at admin@roundaboutcircus.com with:
- a screenshot of the voucher,
- your child’s full name,
- your child’s date of birth,
- the class they are enrolling in.
We will add the voucher amount as a credit on your account. Any remaining balance will require payment by direct deposit before your first class or you can set up a direct debit payment plan.
Only one voucher per enrollment can be accepted.
DISCOUNTS
Family discount available for immediate family only e.g., parents, children, and siblings.
The 2nd and 3rd class of lower value will have a 10% discount applied and 15% off for further classes thereafter.
One student booked into multiple classes is eligible for a 20% discount off their 2nd and 3rd classes and 30% thereafter.
Refunds / Missed Classes
There are no refunds for missed classes. Refer to our Missed Classes policy.
